Paisano Holdings, S.A. de C.V., and its subsidiaries, econgnize the importance of the legitimate, controlled and informed manage-ment of your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Information, and as established in the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Information in Posession of Particulars and its Regulations, and taking as a responsability to guarantee the privacy of any person that has decided to share with us their Personal Information; we inform you of the following Notice of Privacy.
By sharing your Personal Information or your Sensitive Personal Information, by any mean, with Paisano Holding, you are express-ly accepting all the Terms and Conditions of the present notice authorizing Paisano Holding to manage your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information according to the following:

1. This Notice aims the protection of your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information by giving legitimate, contro-lled and informed treatment, guaranteeing your privacy, as well as your right to informative self-determination.

By sharing with Paisano Holdings, by any mean, your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information, you authorize Paisano Holding to use and treat your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information as well as any other provi-ded information in an automatized manner, this data will be part of our database with the purpose of using them in an enunciative way, and to the following ends: (i) identify, locate, communicate, contact, recommend and send information related to Paisano Holding; (ii) recruit, select and, in your case, hire personnel; (iii) preventive medical testing and medical attention in site; (iv) provi-de consulting services by third parties; (v) acquire insurance services for active personnel; (vi) other obligations derived from any legal relationship between the Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information holder and Paisano Holding; (vii) attend to legal requirements from competent authorities; (viii) perform statistical, commercial or internal control researches by itself or by third parties.
5.The time period to manage your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information will be the necessary to attain the previously described ends, being the holder of this Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information capable of exercing his/her rights to access, rectifying, cancelling and oppo-ning (ARCO Rights) at any given moment that is considered timely appropriated according to the terms and conditions established in the Law, by presenting a request by electronic mail addressed to the Responsible of Personal Information in Paisano Holding: oortega@grupopaisano.com or by physical mail to our address: Viaducto Miguel Alemán 228, PH Col. Escandón, C.P. 11800, Deleg. Miguel Hidalgo. México, D.F.. The request should fullfil the requisites established in the Article 29 of the Law.
6.Paisano Holdings may transfer Personal Information to:
- a) holding companies and/or subsidiarieslas of Paisano Holdings;
- b) third parties services’ providers in order to accomplish the legal obligations acquired by Paisano Holding or any of the companies afilliated or subsidiaries of Paisano Holding;
- c) third parties services’ providers of research, data analysis, information sending, all focused on the needs of the holder of the Personal Information, as well as in the performance of other necessary services required by Paisano Holding to thorough fullfillment of its objectives;
- d) third parties derived from a corporative restructure, including, fussion, consolidation, sale, liquidation or assets’ transfer; and,
- e) any transmision foreseen in the Law and its Regulations.
The third parties and the recipient entities of Personal Information, contract the same obligations and/or responsibilities of Paisano Holding according to what is described in the present Notice of Privacy.
In case of needing a Sensitive Personal Information tranference, Paisano Holding must count with the express consentment and written signature of the holder of the information..
The holder of the Personal Information and /or Sensitive Personal Information that presents any request of information to enter into any legal relationship with Paisano Holding accepts expressly the transference of Personal Information according to the terms described in the present Notice of Privacy.
7.Paisano Holding reserves the right to modify and/or change the present Notice of Privacy at any given moment.
Any change to this Notice of Privacy would be informed to you through any of the following means:
- a) Notices in Paisano Holding address;
- b) Electronic mail provided by the holder of the Personal Information;
- c) Publications emitted by Paisano Holdings; and,
- d) Any oher public or private mean of communication established at any given moment.
